The compound has a full-time staff: two housekeepers who clean & do laundry 5 days a week; a gardener; and security guards at night. Your rent includes electricity, water & our fast, unlimited fibre-optic Wi-Fi, which can be used indoor and out.

Our kitchens are fully equipped: stovetop burners, refrigerator, toaster oven/baking oven, electric water kettle, french press for coffee, juicer/blender, mineral water dispenser, cooking dishes, crockery, cutlery, tumblers, wine glasses, etc. We also provide complimentary filtered drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil and spices. 

Bedrooms are very private: floor-to-ceiling glass windows have blackout blinds for complete privacy at night or sleeping in the next morning. Air-conditioners keep the space chilled even on the hottest day, and ceiling fans keep the air circulating. Modern studio spotlights & table lamps ensure plenty of illumination when you want to read, write, work or dine & drink late into the night. En-suite bathrooms boast luxurious rainforest showers & hot water any time of day or night. We also include complimentary soaps, shampoos, bed linens & towels.

The house is an easy, scenic 3km drive from central Ubud, and takes about 10 minutes by car and 8 minutes by scooter.The most enjoyable & efficient way to get around is by automatic scooter. We can book these for you, and they cost about $5 per day. We also have a roster of freelance drivers you can hire for car trips into town and back for about $7 per hour, or you can have your own car for a full day about $50 with personal driver, or $30 self-drive. If you're a strong cyclist and don't mind a few steep hills, you can also rent a bicycle. Finally, you can use one of the popular location based ride-hailing apps like Go-Jek or Grab, to order scooter taxis or regular cars.

MEET OUR TEAM!

Our friendly staff, Yuli and Wayan, will be on site to take care of your housekeeping needs, including daily house cleaning & dish washing. They’ll also do your laundry and ironing. They can help you book drivers or scooter rental or massage therapists, and can offer suggestions on places to visit. They are also wonderful at solving most problems that come up. Treat them as you would a local friend, and they will be your most treasured holiday confidante. You will also see Ketut, our gardener, taking care of our beloved flowers, trees and shrubs. And perhaps even Made and Ketut, our security guards, at the parking entrance and on nighttime patrols around the property. You might also meet Daniel and Annisa, your hosts!
